Togo Short-Term Study e-Visa Requirements
To apply for the e-Visa, the applicant must have digital copies of the documents required for the Togo study e-Visa.

Togo Urgent e-Visa Application for Study Purposes
Students who need the study e-Visa urgently can request a rush or super-rush processing for their application.
- Rush: 4-7 Working Days
- Super-Rush: 3-5 Working Days
Note: Both rush and super-rush processing require applicants to pay an additional fee that is added to the total cost of the Togo e-Visa.
How to Apply for the Togo Short-Term Study eVisa
The application process is entirely online: no embassy visit and no biometrics required.
- Step 1: Complete the Togo online visa application form, select “Other Visa” from the visa type drop-down menu, and then choose the appropriate travel purpose.
- Step 2: Upload all required documents. Choose a processing speed. You may be contacted if additional documents are needed.
- Step 3: Pay the visa fee securely online using a credit/debit card or other available payment methods. The applicant will receive regular status updates.
- Step 4: Receive the approved Togo Short-Term Study eVisa by email. Print a copy for border control.
