Togo Medical e-Visa Validity and Stay Duration 

Choose a duration that comfortably covers your treatment and recovery time.

• e-Visa valid for 15 days, allowing a stay of up to 15 days, with single or multiple entries
• e-Visa valid for 30 days, allowing a stay of up to 30 days, with multiple entries
• e-Visa valid for 60 days, allowing a stay of up to 60 days, with multiple entries
• e-Visa valid for 90 days, allowing a stay of up to 90 days, with multiple entries

Togo Medical e-Visa Application Requirements 

The applicant is required to submit a digital copy of the following documents:

• Passport: Valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival. The copy must be clear and readable.
• Applicant Photo: A recent passport-size photo is required. It must be clear with a plain background.
• Flight Ticket: Round-trip ticket. Shows your travel plan and stay duration.

Additional documents, such as a medical invitation letter, medical reports, or proof of sufficient funds/accommodation, may be required during the application process. 

If any extra documents are needed, the applicant will be informed accordingly.

Togo Medical e-Visa Application Process 

• Step 1: Submit Online Visa Application: Fill out the Togo e-Visa application form with your passport and other required details, select ‘Other Visa’ from the visa type, choose your travel purpose, upload documents and submit the application.
• Step 2: Pay the Visa Fee: Pay the visa fee using a credit or debit card or another payment method displayed on the payment screen. Once the fee payment is confirmed, the applicant will receive a confirmation email.
• Step 3: Receive Approval: The approved Togo medical e-Visa will be delivered to the applicant's email ID. While travelling to Togo, the applicant must keep all required documents on hand for border clearance.

Togo e-Visa for Medical Attendants or Companions

If anyone is travelling with the patient, they must apply for a separate Togo e-Visa, as there is no dedicated medical visa for companions. They should choose the most suitable e-Visa type (such as tourism or other) when completing the application. 

Note: A companion cannot enter Togo without a valid visa approval, even if they are travelling with the patient.

Point of Entry into Togo 

Travellers holding a Togo medical e-Visa must enter the country through Aéroport International de Lomé (Lomé International Airport), which is the designated entry point for e-Visa holders.

Togo Medical e-Visa Application Tracking 

The Togo medical e-Visa application is considered submitted once the visa fee is successfully paid. After that, the applicant can track the application status online. In addition, regular updates are sent to the applicant’s email ID.
