- Receive the approved Togo e-Visa via email
Yes, you can apply for family members or colleagues, but you will need the following:
- Their passport copy and other documents
- Correct personal details and email contact for the traveller

Requirements & Documents
Documents required for a Togo eVisa application may vary by visa type, but common requirements include the following:
- Valid passport copy
- Recent passport-style photograph
- Completed application form
- Travel itinerary or flight booking
The passport must meet these requirements:
- Validity: At least 6 months from entry date
- Blank pages: Minimum 2 blank pages for stamps
- Condition: Good condition, no damage or tears
If your passport expires within 6 months, renew it before applying for the eVisa.
Travel insurance is not mandatory for a Togo eVisa; however, it is strongly recommended for a safer trip. It can help cover:

Processing times are calculated from when we receive your complete application and payment. These durations are estimates, and in most cases, the eVisa is approved earlier than the stated period.
Apply at least a week before travel. Do not apply too early or too late.

The applicant receives the application tracking reference number immediately after payment.
Travel Information
- The traveller can stay in Togo for 15, 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the eVisa option selected.
- The specific length of stay and number of entries will be shown on the approved eVisa.
- Use the eVisa within its validity period after issue and enter Togo before it expires.
Extensions are possible for most visa types through local immigration offices.
- Travellers entering Togo with an eVisa should arrive at Lomé-Tokoin International Airport (Aéroport International de Lomé-Tokoin), the country's main international airport.
- Niamtougou International Airport exists but is not typically used for regular international commercial flights; most eVisa travellers arrive via Lomé.
Upon arrival in Togo:
- Present your passport and a printed copy of the approved eVisa at immigration
- Answer basic questions about your travel purpose and the duration of stay
- Ensure your passport is stamped by the immigration officer
- Complete customs procedures, if applicable
The immigration process typically takes 10-15 minutes, depending on the queues.
