Document Requirements for Togo eVisa Application

All Togo eVisa types share the same requirements, applicants must submit the following documents at the time of submitting their eVisa application:

1. Passport Biopage Scan

You are required to submit a clear scan of your passport’s biodata page.

Make sure:

  • The photo and all personal details are clearly visible
  • The scan is not blurry, cut off, or shiny (no glare)
  • The passport number must be clearly readable

Also:

  • The passport must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months from your arrival date in Togo
  • It should have at least 2 empty pages for visa stamps

2. Applicant Digital Photo

Provide a recent digital photo of yourself which matches your current appearance.

Make sure:

  • Your full face is visible and your expression is neutral
  • The background is plain and clean
  • There are no shadows, reflections, or distractions
  • The photo is not edited or filtered

Note:

  • Head coverings are allowed for religious reasons but your face must be fully visible from forehead to chin

3. Proof of Travel

As part of your application, you must provide proof of travel to confirm your intended entry and exit dates for Togo.

Depending on how you plan to enter Togo, submit one of the following:

  • Confirmed flight ticket (if entering Togo by air)
  • Land travel letter (if entering Togo via land borders)
  • Sea/cruise ticket (if entering Togo by ship or cruise)
